Welcome to Talk to the Tail! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

This website is owned and operated by Talk to the Tail, located at 455 Wittick Street, Niverville, MB.
By visiting our website, booking services, or making purchases, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services & Bookings

All daycare, boarding, training, and grooming bookings must be made through our booking platform (Gingr) to be confirmed.
Submitting a request on our website does not guarantee a reservation until you receive confirmation from our team or through Gingr.
Pricing is subject to change without notice and may vary depending on the service, your pet’s needs, and availability.

3. Payments & Packages

Payments for services and packages are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not ecpire.
Prices listed online do not include taxes unless stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you confirm that your pet is healthy, up to date on vaccinations (Rabies and Distemper/Parvo), and safe to interact with other dogs and staff.
You agree to provide accurate information about your pet, including medical history, temperament, and special needs.
You understand that participation in daycare, boarding, grooming, or training involves inherent risks for pets, and you accept those risks.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of Talk to the Tail.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to keep pets safe, Talk to the Tail is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during services.
Talk to the Tail is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought with pets.

7. Online Store & Purchases

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party shipping providers.
Returns or exchanges may be subject to our store policy, available at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Talk to the Tail and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Manitoba’s provincial laws.
