At Talk to the Tail, we take pride in providing the best care and services for your pets. Please review our refund and cancellation policies before booking.
1. Services (Daycare, Boarding, Training, Grooming)

Cancellations: We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations of daycare, training, and grooming services. Boarding cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance and all non-refundable deposits for reservations 8 nights or more will be forfeited.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Refunds for services are provided at our discretion and may be issued as account credit rather than cash refunds.
2. Packages & Prepaid Services

Packages (e.g., daycare passes) are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Packages do not expire, however refunds are not offered on any daycare packages purchased.

Unused days or credits will not be refunded.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, or as account credit if preferred.
